LexStone Ranch is pleased to introduce this 2006 Grullo Stallion. His sire, Buck, was a beautiful black roan and his dam, Spanish Sundown's Scotch Bonnet, is a silver grulla He is a beautiful example of the Rocky Mountain horse. Tigre is intelligent, gentle and well-gaited. He has excellent bloodlines. Tigre was purchased in February, 2011 as an unbroke 5 year old. He is now under saddle with paperwork pending for certification. He was literally gaiting on his first ride? He has minimal front end action with his fast gait. He does not pick up in the front end no matter how fast or slow he gaits. Plans are to breed Tigre to our mares this year. He will be available for live cover in 2011. He will be available for AI in 2012. He has been color tested and he does have the red gene and may carry the roan gene from his sire, Buck.
